One such woman, Thiri, described feeling as if her heart had been shattered into a thousand pieces — but her journey of healing has made her feel as though the pieces of her heart have been gathered up and sewn back together. Delicate gold chains and seed beads in gold, silver and navy are gathered and sewn together to create this gorgeous pair of earrings, a symbol of the strength it takes to piece a life back together and the courageous journey the women of Eden take toward restoration after rescue.
