three-legged, black walnut crotch side table (sold)

a black walnut crotch slab joined with a pair of salvaged, castered legs, plus one repurposed, Victorian oak spindle. The legs are through-mortised (visible in the table surface) and kerfed with black walnut wedges for additional contrast. The legs, finished in distressed pure white milk paint, provide a striking juxtaposition to the organic slab.
