Inspired by strong Scandinavian salted black licorice, our spin includes another local ingredient, Pacifique Absinthe from the Pacific Distillery in Woodinville. To intensify the absinthe flavor, we added our own blend of anise, fennel and hyssop then finished it with a sprinkling of black salt. ~85 individually wrapped caramels per 1 lb bag.
