Antique Egyptian Themed Waterbury Clock Co Benedict Mfg Co Desk Clock

I have for sale a antique Benedict Mfg Co/Waterbury Clock Co desk clock measuring about 7 1/2" across and about 3 7/8" high and about 1 1/2" deep. Running, but sporadic - needs a proper cleaning of the works & some good old fashion clock oil. Egyptian themed consistent with the Egyptian revival period. Patent date on the back of the clock is May 29 1894. Brass case. Clock weighs 1 lb 13oz as pictured. Nice patina. Needs a proper cleaning. Works spin in case and need to be tightened. Crystal is plastic material so probably a replacement. Adhesive residue on the back I have left on the bit. Scuffs. Scratches. Typical age stuff with some minor paint splatter noted on the top. Personally, I would leave it exactly as it is beyond having the clock works tightened so they do not spin when you wind it. Please do check out my other items as I am happy to consolidate shipping!
