The Kaysel thinning scissors model 722ch measure about 7" total length. Some pitting and rusting starting at the grips area but the blades look to be VG condition so overall fair usable condition. These are made in italyBall Bearing Snippers made by Gold Seal show a lot of wear and use with rust at the nut, surface rust and plating loss throughout the bit. These are made in St Petersburg FL. Open and close as they should. Cut hair without issue.
