This special keepsake pendant is crafted with an actual wisp of hair. I need only a small bit of hair to create this necklace, so you will still have plenty to preserve. To accomplish this design, I lovingly hand cut a circle of fine silver clay and inlay a cubic zirconia birthstone and your baby's hair. When the pendant is kiln fired, the hair is burnt away but the imprinted design remains. When I oxidize and hand polish the pendant, your child's hair leaves a rustic and unique pattern that stands out beautifully.
