Telluride, Colorado This old pine tree growing out of a scree field on Last Dollar Road outside of Telluride shows the resilience of nature and how it adapts. Amazing that this can grow right out of the rock. The tree which is quite short but has many years shown by the thick bark is framed by the bright lichen covered rocks and the golden aspens in the background.
