Pronounced "bo-boo-tea", this is a sweet curried meatloaf (can be made with ground beef or lamb) with a baked egg mixture topping. This delicious, traditional South African dish incorporates fruit (grated apples, apricot jam and golden raisins) to contrast the mild curry flavor. Spices: Ground ginger, salt, turmeric, ground coriander, ground cumin, madras curry powder, cayenne pepper, ground cardamom, ground black pepper.
