Karma Flo Bi-Estroderm Cream is a combination of two bioidentical estrogens in a balanced 80/20 ratio of estriol/estradiol. Topical hormone cream is absorbed directly into the circulation thus bypassing the liver and therefore allowing for much lower doses than oral preparations.
