Noel Martin was at the forefront of midcentury design—in the middle of the country. This isn’t just because he was born there, but the middle of the country is where things are developed and manufactured. And those manufacturers have funds for cultural institutions that became central to Martin’s work. Here is a pile of seventeen items designed by this midcentury master.
