Allergy kit

  Black cumin seed oil, also known by its botanical name Nigela satvia, is a cold pressed oil that can be used in a variety of ways for treating allergies. Take 5-10 drops sublingually or mix in hot water to make a tea for daily use. It can also be applied directly to the skin for relief of allergy-related rashes. This powerful oil is great for both preventing and treating allergies, as well as boosting the immune system. The kit also includes a dropper bottle of Helichrysum hydrolat (hydrosol), which is the water produced during steam distillation of essential oils. Instead of a usual spray bottle, this dropper bottle makes it convenient to apply the hydrosol directly onto the skin or  into the eyes to soothe dry and itchy eyes.
