White Sage hydrolat/hydrosol

A hydrolat (hydrosol) is the water that comes from the steam distillation of essential oils. The oil is removed, and is left is the hydrolat, often referred to a hydrosol* They are super gentle and easy to use directly on the skin. They also mix well with water for drinking or in a humidifier, and can be used sublingually.  For a sore throat gargle or spray. Use for boundaries, clearing, and purification.  Keep you space clear and use frequently to clear energy you pick up from others.
