To get ready for serving carbonated cocktails on busy nights, you may want to prepare a backup batch to minimize downtime when switching an empty keg for a full keg. Simply fill a second Keg with your mix, install the Lid, insert and tighten the Shaft with the wrench provided, pressurize the keg, and stash it in the cooler.
