The Brothers (24 x 36 inches)

This painting is a work highlighting the fashion of Muslim men. I don't have many works about men, but this piece was fun to do. I hope to do more. ;-) The artwork takes a look at the dress of Muslim men around the world. I usually focus on women in my work, but I've decided to shift my gaze to men for this piece. I may continue to do more artwork about men. Muslim men and their clothing is never an issue of controversy or contention. But I liked exploring the issues around Muslim men and modesty.
