You'll want to keep this ace up your sleeve...or around your neck! Reminiscent of a playing card, this necklace features a large, vibrant red Rosarita cabochon, set in a serrated fine silver bezel. Just as eye catching the stone is a 3D anatomical skull resting at the top of the heart. Silver balls on either side and bold beaded wire surround the rest of the stone, while a heavy wire bail sit securely up top.
