Concrete U-Bunk Feeders U-Bunks, also known as center-line or 2-sided feeders, can be used to build a feeding solution that is flexible to your requirements. We usually figure 6-10 head of cattle per bunk.  We use 4000 psi, fiber-reinforced concrete for our U-Bunks.   **** click on the image below for a full-size view ****   Concrete J-Bunk Feeders J-Bunks, also known as fence-line or 1-sided bunks, are used for building feeding solutions where the cattle and roadway are separated.   We tend to prefer J-Bunks to U-Bunks because when you are installing a bunk that will last 50+ years, it’s nice to not have to open the gate every day.We use 4000 psi, fiber-reinforced concrete for our J-Bunks.  **** click on the image below for a full-size view ****
