Organic Crimson Iced Tea

Our stalwart caffeine-free herbal blend seamlessly blends tart with sweet to create succulent, fruity refreshment. Flavors of blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry are combined with hibiscus to provide a dazzling scarlet hue. Ingredients: Organic Hibiscus, Organic Rosehips, Organic Rooibos, Organic Licorice Root, Natural Flavors of Strawberry, Raspberry, and Blueberry CHEMEX STEEPING METHOD Thoroughly clean Chemex before making tea. Measure 50 grams (2 oz) of tea. Rinse an 8 cup Chemex filter. Place the filter in the Chemex and the tea in the filter. Pour 40 oz of water, just off a boil, over the tea. This process will produce approximately 32 oz of tea concentrate. Add enough cold water to the concentrate to make 1 gallon of finished iced tea. Store tea at room temperature for no more than 12 hours.   COLD STEEPING METHOD Determine the number of quarts of water being used to steep tea.
