Organic White Peony

The combination of spring picked tea leaves and silver and white buds produces a bright, light gold infusion. The delicate, earthy aroma is sweet and slightly herbal with a lingering floral flavor.  WHITE TEA BREWING GUIDE Preheat the teapot with hot water. Empty preheating water. Add 7g (2-3 tsp.) of white tea. Add 210ºF water to the 400ml mark. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Pour into cup or preheated serving pitcher. Parameters may vary based on water quality and personal preference.
