This limited-edition print is based on an original acrylic painting I did of a raspberry sorbet ice cream cone. So, I actually had never had a raspberry sorbet prior to this, but I wanted to make a painting that was really bright and colorful. Since I almost exclusively use my own photos as references for my paintings, I scoured the internet for colorful frozen dessert recipes and happened upon one for raspberry sorbet, which was basically made from herbal tea and sugar.
