I typically choose linen over cotton, but something about the soft feel and interesting texture made me take it home. I decided to create a squishy beach sweater that could work with many different DK weight yarns. I also wanted to create a pattern that less experienced knitters could make. This design utilizes basic sweater techniques: mattress stitch, picking-up sts, and three-needle bind off.
