All That Glitters: Lion's Mane Golden Milk Blend

All That Glitters combines turmeric and ginger with Lion’s Mane mushrooms and spices, inspired by the traditional drink Golden Milk. Lion’s Mane is prized for the hericenones and erinacines compounds it contains that have been shown to stimulate nerve growth factor and support brain function, and turmeric has long been used to support healthy immune systems and reduce inflammation.  To Brew:  Add 1 teaspoon per 8oz of water. Ideal water temperature is 160-180F. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.  Enjoy as is, or add fresh honey and the milk of your choice for a Golden Milk style of preparation.    Ingredients: Lion’s Mane mushroom, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper
