Ooh, Mami! Oyster Mushroom Seasoning Blend

Ooh Mami! Did someone say umami? We crafted this blend of umami rich oyster mushrooms and wild foraged seaweed with dried miso, onion, garlic and a pinch of sea salt to add rich depth of flavor to any dish.  Try it on savory breakfast dishes, in soups and stews, and use liberally to season any veggies or proteins. Makes an excellent compound butter!
