Our bestselling GF Sourdough, Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie made into a giant 9" cookie (13 cookies in every pan). Made with hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter, organic oats, buckwheat, organic maple and organic coconut sugar (refined sugar-free). This giant cookie is fermented up to 24 hours, using fair-trade and organic chocolate, and a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt. We love the soft and chewy texture, and rich chocolate bits in the dough and on top. Frosting: please note frosted lettering / piping with maple cream is priced extra and only for pickup/delivery options only!  You can customize the shape, message, and add frosting for an additional charge (pickup only) as below.
