We completely understand that sometimes the only file you have on hand is a basic image — maybe it’s what your customer provided, or it’s simply what has always been used up to this point. The challenge is that in order to create a clean engraving or high-quality print, we must work from a vector file. When files come to us pixelated, low-resolution, or not properly set up for production, we have to invest significant time cleaning and converting them. Because of this, there is an additional charge for artwork adjustments and vectorization. The good news is that once we’ve prepared your file, it’s yours to keep for future use. This means you’ll have a professional-quality vector that can be used for any of your brand or customer projects going forward. We hold our products to a very high standard and want you to feel confident standing behind the finished piece. Charging for this service allows us to ensure that every order we deliver is as sharp, accurate, and professional as possible
