These Earrings are Handmade using hand painted Ceramic beads. The beads are made by women who roll clay balls by hand into raw beads. After drying the raw beads, they fire them in a kiln at 1200 degree Celsius after which they hand paint them into the desired patterns using specialist ceramic glazes. The final step is to glaze the painted beads at 800 degree Celsius to bring out the amazing colours and patterns These amazing products are made in a responsible and sustainable manner promoting employment of women
