overtime is a strength based workout program which includes 30 unique workouts. This program is 6 weeks long and combines strength training, endurance training, resistance training, and sprint training. This program is for people who want to challenge & push themselves to the limits of their fitness. This program is written mainly for people with access to a fully equip gym - however there is a list of modifications at the end if you do not have access to a gym currently.
