Fieldnotes Organic Gin

This award winning new American style gin is distilled from organic yellow dent corn to create a clean yet fruity base spirit. We run a second distillation on our smaller 75 gallon still adding botanicals such as bay leaf, thyme, coriander, lavender and lemon. The result is a spirit that has floral aromas with a savory, complex body and a zesty, citrus finish.  ABV: 45.0%
