Fontina Herbes de Provence: a savory snacking cheese with an edible rind coated with an aromatic herbes de Provence blend. Made with Brown Swiss cow milk. Tallgrass Reserve: creamy and earthy, this cheese is aged similar to a bandaged cheddar and develops a fudge-like texture and cheddary notes.
