Blackberry Bay Leaf

The pure sweetness of fresh blackberries complemented by an earthy, bay leaf bite. This jam is so amazing that my friend Ben has affectionately named it “God’s Jam.” Now, he’s a preacher's son, so I take that to heart. A little savory, this jam has been my most requested over the years. Let’s just say that it would be a “greatest hit” on my jam album.
