1970s Saarinen for Knoll Tulip Dining Table and Set of 5 Swivel Dining Chairs

An Eero Saarinen for Knoll Tulip table and dining chair set. This beautiful dining/dinette set is classic and a staple of the era. Eero Saarinen designed the Tulip collection in 1957 starting with the classic Tulip chair. Eero's thought behind the beautiful pedestal design was to clean up the jumbles of legs underneath a dining table, creating a clean set of lines for each item in the room. Our set here consists of a circular Tulip table, with a white laminate table top, and a white metal pedestal frame. Each chair has a swiveling fiberglass body with a black fabric velcro seat cushion, and a metal pedestal base. This entire set is in good vintage condition, but has a mixture of small aesthetic scratches and scuffs. Overall, the set is in good condition. The dining table measures 29 inches tall, and has a 47.25 inch diameter. The chairs measure 32 inches tall, 19 inches wide, and 18 inches deep. They have a seat height of 18.5 inches, and a back height of 14 inches.  Checkout our three
