Please note that this is a pre-order: Our farmers have picked, bottled, and shipped the new, 2025 harvest. As soon as it arrives in port in the U.S., your order will be sent out! We expect to send out all pre-orders by late February or early March. If there is any delay due to customs, weather conditions etc., we will promptly let you know. Read more about the new harvest here.  ––– From Autumn 2025, the Riserva is our early harvest, limited-release extra virgin olive oil. It is 5-6x higher in polyphenols and antioxidants than typical extra virgin olive oil.  Riserva Flavor Notes: bright, herbaceous, spicy, with undertones of walnut.  Perfect for bruschetta, soups, and red meat.
