Whether worked with fabric or needles and hooks, a single Log Cabin Square can be made into a pillow or an entire blanket. Individual squares of approximately the same size can be sewn or knitted together in a variety of traditional and non-traditional patterns. Colors are up to the maker. You are encouraged to bring whatever yarn scraps you have, in any weight, and we will hold multiple strands together to make approximately a Worsted weight yarn. The first class will focus on constructing the first square. The second class will focus on ways to stitch or knit squares together.
