Limitless Wellness Club Terms of Use By enrolling in the Limitless Wellness Club at Limitless Chiropractic, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Membership includes a set number of visits per month based on the plan selected. All visits must be used within the 4-week billing cycle. Visits do not roll over to the following month. Additional visits beyond your membership allocation are available at a rate of $79 per visit. Membership requires a 30-day minimum commitment. Cancellation must be submitted with at least 30 days’ notice. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed. Membership may be paused for up to 90 days. If paused for more than 90 consecutive days, a $99 re-evaluation is required to resume care. Membership fees are billed every 4 weeks automatically from the date of sign-up.
