We Taste: Strawberry - Milk Chocolate - Lemon   Farmer: Sigri Estate Region: Wahgi Valley Variety: Typica, Arusha Altitude: 1600 masl Process: Washed Roasted by: Ryan   Disclaimer: All coffee is roasted fresh to order.  Please allow 1-3 days (depending on roasting schedule) for your coffee to be roasted and shipped.   We are happy to offer another amazing coffee from the great people of the Sigri Estate in Papua New Guinea.  Peaberries are the result of a unique deformity that naturally occurs within coffee cherries.  While a normal cherry contains two seeds, a peaberry only has one.  They are much smaller in size, rounded in appearance, and are praised for their increased density and concentrated sugar content.  Peaberries make up only 6% of the coffee on the farm and are screened and double hand-sorted to ensure quality.  These beans produce a cup with strawberry sweetness, rich milk chocolate body, and a citrus finish.
