Medium Heat Tasting Notes: Citric and aromatic, with strong curry spice notes like turmeric, ginger, lemon peel, and lemongrass. This is a very flavorful hot sauce that's also our spiciest (which to be fair isn't *that* hot), combining our turmeric, ginger, apple cider, and lemongrass vinegars with Lemon Drop peppers, peach habañeros, fresh, locally sourced turmeric, ginger, galangal, and lemongrass makes for a complex set of flavors that brings all the depth you need for any dish.Usage: A bit hotter than our other sauces but with more complexity as well, this is really well suited to a lot of seafood, veggies, as a base for sauces and vinaigrettes, and does really well where you want some heat but also want to add lot of complexity, think fish tacos, curry, etc. 118ml/4oz
