Brewing Instructions Iced Tea: Steep 1 pouch per gallon in cold water for 2 hours or slightly longer to taste (many prefer a stronger brew at 2 pouches per 3 gallons)  Brewing Instructions Hot: Steep 1 pouch per gallon for 15 minutes or slightly longer to taste.
