Making Sense of the Ridiculous: Examining Jane Austen's Mr. Collins & Mr. Elton ~ with Diana Dimarco

Jane Austen’s supporting characters deserve their time in the spotlight, and it’s time for Mr. Collins (Pride and Prejudice) and Mr. Elton (Emma) to have their moment. Let's look at the "DNA" of these comedic characters, why they didn’t end up with the leading ladies of these novels, and what we can use to create our own lovable, goofball characters.
