The kit contains everything necessary to gather a cord specimen, including: An instruction card with three easy steps for your nurse, midwife, or medical assistant A sealed blade to cut the specimen A specimen jar filled with preservative solution An information card for your contact details A sealed-top bag (the specimen jar with your cord goes inside) A Little Cord Art box, in which you’ll place the specimen jar (inside the sealed-top bag) and information card Pre-paid return FedEx envelope to send the cord sample back to us
