Board Care: Hand wash with a soft cloth and dry thoroughly. Seal regularly with food safe mineral oil. Not dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive sponges or cleaners. Do not submerge or soak. Avoid leaving the board on hot surfaces as this increases the chance of discoloration.
