Did someone say Gumbo???Little Wooden Penguin's INAUGURAL Gumbo Cook-Off is here!Saturday - October 26th—doors kick open at 11 AM and we're packed with excitement all day long! But there’s more at stake than just a winner—this is about college pride! Let’s see who makes the better gumbo: LSU or A&M? Get those bragging rights along with your COLD HARD CASH!  👨‍🍳 Gumbo Contestant Info Doors open at 11 AM—contestants, come set up starting at 1 PM. Tastings from 2 PM to 4 PM. Free for the crowd, and each taster gets 1 voting token to crown the People’s Choice winners! 🏆 Gumbo of any style is welcome! Gator, chicken, sausage, seafood—whatever your gumbo game is strong in! Important: Contestants must register by THURSDAY, and remember to bring a crockpot! We’ll provide tasting cups, spoons, and power cords, but you’ll need anything extra to elevate your gumbo. 🏅 Prizes 1st Place wins 50% of the entry fees in cash!
