Gently picked and processed in Australia, using a traditional Japanese green tea method to maximize quality, flavour, and the olive leaf antioxidants. These antioxidants, of which the most abundant are Oleuropein and Hydroxytyrosol, are known for their anti-free radical effects.  Bright green. Richly herbaceous.
