Braunschweiger is a traditional German sausage made from pork liver and meat which is carefully ground until smooth and then slowly smoked. This spreadable liver sausage is seasoned with herbs and spices for a unique but classic flavor profile. At Local Pig we use sustainably sourced hogs that haven't been fed any antibiotics or hormones.
