With intense dark berry flavors, most notably blueberry, this is the profile that so many have fallen in love with. The first thing we taste is intense blueberries. Creamy milk chocolate comes through as the coffee cools, with a silky body throughout. Grown in the Deri Kidame subdivision, of the Hambela District, in the famous Guji growing zone, this lot of coffee underwent natural processing at the Deri Kidame washing station, where coffee cherries are sorted to remove less dense fruit prior to processing.
