This sparkling coffee, from the Uraga growing zone, provides a classic washed Guji experience with inherent stone fruit and tea qualities. In the cup we find peach and clean black tea, with a bright, champagne-like body and acidity. This coffee is so vibrant, the mouthfeel is reminiscent of bubbly white wine. While warm, one can expect the sweetness of peaches and that champagne-like acidity to be fully-forward. As the coffee cools, it shifts to an earthier, black tea profile--without losing the sweetness of the peach. This lovely coffee is clean, bright, and sweet.
