Mary Watterick Evans Entitled Yellow Paperfield, this 1940s linoleum block print on paper scene is by San Leandro, CA artist Mary Watterick Evans.  Evans was a Graphics Arts instructor at Chabot College in Hayward, CA.  She is known for her linocut rural scenes of the Bay Area.1940s Linoleum Block Print on Paper 9.75"x11.75" framed, 4"x4.5" unframed Estate stamped on the back. Excellent vintage condition. Framed floating in a restored vintage walnut wood frame with a deep graduated bevel using archival black linen matting behind conservation clear glass.
