Our Orange Mimosa is made from Champagne grapes and Oranges from Southern California. This is a young vinegar so it present as more acidic and less sweet than our other vinegars but when you pair it with Blood orange Olive oil or Persian Lime Olive Oil, the flavor really comes out.
