This is a very soft-yet-substantial,  jersey knit fabric. It has a little less body than our cotton spandex jersey; it falls nicely on your body without "sticking".  Soft and a little silky feeling.  Cotton Jersey stretches about 30%. (Cotton Spandex Jersey stretches about 60%).  Care:  machine wash / tumble dry OR hang to dry* Shrinkage: vertical 2.5 - 3%**  / horizontal 0%  *We recommend laundering your fabric yardage to pre-shrink your fabric before cutting and sewing.    **Fresh out of dryer it will be 2.5 - 3% vertical shrinkage, but the fabric relaxes and stretches out with either a good tug, or just wearing a few minutes, that ultimately it's about 0% vertical shrinkage.
