my cracker journey started after i purchased specially baked crackers from an art show i was working. the texture and flavor was so good that i just had to figure out how to make my own version so i could have them all of the time! i went through batch after batch trying out different flour and herb combinations until i came up with what i think is the perfect blend of flour, seeds and herbs. i hope you love these as much as i love making them! so, what do they taste like?? a little salty, loaded with delicious herbs and just a hint of garlic. the texture is a little crunchy, but not too much and loaded with delicious seeds. these crackers tasty on their own, but are also perfect with your favorite salad or soup. or try them with hummus or your favorite artisan cheese. my favorite way to enjoy them is with an apple or pear and then topped with cypress grove lamb chopper cheese for a light lunch! but you be the judge. i look forward to you trying my new creation, lovingly made just for
