Cosmic Jasper Slab

This rarely seen jasper comes from Turkey and displays fine, rippled bands in a warm palette of reds, pinks, oranges, and yellows, with some areas of off-white coloring. Despite the name, it may technically be a rhyolite, which would make it slightly softer than jasper. At any rate, it's a gorgeous Turkish material, where so many beautiful stones come from. This is a rough, unpolished slab. Please observe images closely for flaws, as some degree of that is normal. Pictured wet and dry.
