If in a rush, you can leave it on the counter to thaw for about 4 hours. Thawing in the refrigerator prevents a soggy crust from condensation, while room temperature thawing is faster but may result in a softer crust.  Please keep your pie refrigerated and enjoy within 4-5 days.
